Exchanges & Returns

At Mudy Jewelry we strive to satisfy our customers with high quality and unique jewelry. However, if you have a problem with your order, you can find our exchange and return policy below.

Swap

Because our jewelry is personalized, it cannot be exchanged. Therefore, carefully check the entered data, such as name, font and chain length, before placing the order.

If there is a mistake made by us (for example wrong name design), please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will replace the product free of charge.

Returns

Personalized jewelry
Since our jewelry is custom made especially for you, personalized products cannot be returned unless:

  • A production error has occurred.
  • The product arrived damaged.

Non-personalized jewelry
For non-personalized products we offer a 14 day return period. The product must be returned unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.

How to submit a return request?

  1. Please contact our customer service at info@mudyjewelry.com and state:

    • Your order number.
    • A brief description of the problem.
    • Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrectly delivered).

  2. Wait for approval from our team. Within 1-2 business days we will let you know if your return is approved and you will receive further instructions.

Returns conditions

  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • Return costs are for the customer, unless the error lies with us.
  • Personalized products can only be returned if there was an error on our part.

Refund

After approval of the return, the refund will be processed within 4-7 business days . The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the order.

  • Can I change an incorrectly entered name?
    Changes can be made within 24 hours of placing the order via our customer service.

  • What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
    Please send us photos of the damaged product within 48 hours of receipt. We will make sure you receive a replacement product.
